Hi there! How's it going?
First off, here's the BW and the color version of a illo I have out this month on Mundo Estranho magazine:

Unfortunately the moon didn't get to stay, but it was all in the name of a better reading!

I've been working too on my conclusion project. Some of the stuff aren't yet ready, but I'll show asap!
I've coded a beta for Pun Kroc, he has no moves yet, and possibly none till it's all done, but it will be a fine punching bag!


And now for some good ol' sketchings, some stuff that has been laying around my sketchbook for a while already...

Now for some super heroing.. I only do those during comic classes. The ones with Superman and She-Spawn were done using references they gave at class.
Also, I think Deadpool vs Cable, in the Wild West is something I'd like to see.

24 Hour Comic!

So heeeere it is!
Got done with mine. Unfortunately, unlike last year, I couldn't have finished it fully, but I'm happy with what was done.

Octoberfest!

Hey there! It's october already!
And guess what? Tomorrow is 24hour Comic day! Are you doing it? I know I am!

I bought some Winsor series 7 brushes, sizes 0, 00 and 000.. which are still too thick? Or my hand is too heavy. One way or another. Here's a first test.


And a second one. Thought I'd try something bigger.

Accidently did some older quirks I had with a kind ink hatching. I got to like this one enough to color it.

I attempted to color it simpler. 4 colors, and also something i really like but never use, which is halftoning.

Remember the comic classes I'm taking? I tried a jab at coloring a classmate's lineart. Edson is pretty cool, not exactly my type of lines, but super strong work!

Coloring in CMYK is tricky though. I might be getting color lazy. Need to color more!

Now back on my graduation project.
I got a title for it, CrossRoads. The logo isnt all that exciting, but I'm confortable with it. It had originally drawn letters, but they were also illegible, so I resorted to fonts, and fuck with it. It's not like I can spend a long time playing around anyway, I just want to be done with my graduation project, and work on actual important stuff, such as the RockStar reboot!

College project and sketches

This update has little variation, I guess. Cutting to the chase, yes?

A little light practice with my character Doctor Anthropos. I got a little excited with drawing him again, might think of a whole new project with him.

Below is what I've been working for the most part the last week, my conclusion project, that's due midway in november, and I had not much done so far, but a demo version of the game back in 2008. So I'm off to complete it, but now as a project.
It's tentatively called Crossroads, and each character is based on a genre coming from the Blues.

Alley Gator. Based on Punk! (I also thought of Punkroc! Might be it.)

Roxy Pops. Based on Funk and Soul.

The Hellion. I don't need to tell you what's it's based on, I hope.

Fatality Jane. Country.

Skull B.One. The first one, created back in 2008, now redesigned with a more tuned in design with the other characters in the project. He's based mostly on rockers from the end of the 60s on, and on a few hard rock singers too, go figure.

Bonnie C. It's a chick, despite her looks, but I wanted to keep her less sexually appealing. She's based on Jazz, and more specifically Miles Davis, because Hard Bop is the shit.

Next week probably coming with the last boss for the game, and if I'm too hopeful, pixelart versions and backgrounds too.
